• A risk profile before your first investment, and a note of why a scheme fits it.

• Disclosure of the commission we earn, on request and on our Commission Disclosure page.

• Transactions processed only through the fund house, registrar or exchange platforms, never in our name.

• Confidentiality of your personal and financial details.

• Honest answers, including "this may not suit you".

What we ask of you

• Provide complete and correct KYC and contact details.

• Read the scheme documents before investing.

• Make payments only to the fund house or clearing account, never in cash or to an individual.

• Check your statements and tell us about any mismatch promptly.

Your rights

• You can ask for the commission we earn on your investments.

• You can choose Direct Plans (we do not deal in them).

• You can complain to us, to the fund house, and to SEBI through SCORES (see our Investor Grievance Redressal page).
